Our expanding workshop has a vacancy for a Service/ Reconditioning Manager to take charge of the workflow and productivity of this busy department.
This is a pivotal role within the business, with a key focus on efficiency, productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
This role is suited to a experience service / reconditioning manager who is seeking to lead and grow our current team, has an understanding of productivity and efficiency in a workshop.
Day to day responsibilities:
Directing work to technicians
Assisting with Diagnosis.
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard within allocated timelines and meet customer expectations
Help identify additional work and liaise with our customers and internal sales department




Be willing to help complete mechanical work to reach KPI's
About you:
Have excellent organizational skills
Have an understanding of workshop operations including productivity and efficiency
Have a trade certificate
A current Australian driver's license
Be able to work independently as well as in a team workplace
