MACA is seeking a permanent HSEQ Administrator to join our team at the Gruyere Gold Project on a permanent FIFO 8:6 roster.
Reporting to the HSEQ Superintendent, your day-to-day tasks will include a blend of operational and administrative duties.
You will play a key role in ensuring the projects mine safety management systems operate effectively while providing high level of support to the site‐based HSEQ team.
Qualifications
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety qualifications and/or studying or completed a tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within the relevant industry sector.
Highly competent with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with incident management databases and any exposure to HSE systems will be highly regarded (InControl INX, SafetyCulture & PowerBi).
Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills; able to manage deadlines and prioritise workload demands.




Ability to manage sensitive, private, and confidential information and records.
Ability to work in a close‐knit, dynamic team setting.
