In October , Chin Chin made its debut in Sydney's Surry Hills.
While keeping true to the original Chin Chin Melbourne, Chin Chin Sydney has its own style and local feel.
Set over 1,000 sqm, the venue feeds in excess of 8,000 people weekly.
Housed in the beautiful, historic and heritage listed Griffiths Tea building in Sydney's Surry Hills, Chin Chin Sydney has its own unique personality and a menu that reflects its own neighbourhood.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for chefs to join our team at Chin Chin Sydney.
This is an amazing opportunity to either start your culinary journey and learn from the best in the industry or to utilise your skills and experience.
You will be a passionate and highly energetic hospitality professional.
Ideal Candidate Must Have




Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in an a la carte environment
Larder, Wok and Grill experience advantageous
Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded
Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of food safety standards
Willing and able to work rotating roster that includes weekend and public holiday
