The Role:
Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules to track the progress and timely delivery of custom home projects
Prepare procurement schedules, material take-offs, and purchasing requirements
Liaise with Site Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project delivery
Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve scheduling issues before they impact construction progress
Assist in streamlining and improving scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of project milestones and scheduling updates
About You:
Experience working for a residential builder preferable in WA but eastern states experience considered
Experience across Modular, Single or Double storey homes
Knowledge of WA building codes, materials, and construction methods
Personable and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a genuine appreciation for family-oriented workplace
