About the Role
KC Mastermind Pty Ltd is a quick-moving business run by a high-performance entrepreneur.
This is a hands-on, in-person contractor role based at our Sanctuary Cove residence — not a corporate office job.
This is an ABN contractor position.
You will invoice us for your services.
You are responsible for your own tax, superannuation, and insurances.
You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
One moment you're handling admin, the next you're helping coordinate the household or running a quick errand.
No two days are exactly the same.
Note: Due to the nature of this role (working in a private family residence), we are seeking female applicants only.
This is a genuine occupational requirement.
Hours: 12:00pm – 8:00pm (Mon–Fri)
Location: In office only — Sanctuary Cove, QLD
What You'll Be Doing
Executive assistant duties — emails, scheduling, research, task management
Light household coordination and errands as needed
Day-to-day support for the founder and his family
Admin support across the business
Being the person who figures things out without being asked twice
What We Need
Minimum 2 years' experience as a PA, EA or similar role — non-negotiable




Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement)
Active ABN — you will be engaged as an independent contractor
Based on the Gold Coast — must be able to commute to Sanctuary Cove daily
Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet — you will be in a private family residence
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive — you see what needs doing and do it
Driver's licence and own vehicle required
Pre-Engagement Requirements
Active ABN (required)
National Police Check (required before commencement)
2 x qualified references (from previous employers only, not personal)
Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
