The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including processing invoices, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and maintaining the general ledger.
The role includes preparing BAS statements, payroll, and superannuation, as well as assisting with month-end processing.
The position also involves collaborating with other team members to improve processes, ensure accuracy,



and deliver timely, high-quality service to clients.QualificationsExperience with accounting and bookkeeping software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and solid skills using spreadsheets and basic office applications.Experience with payroll software (e.g Employment Hero, Deputy, ADP and FoundU).
Knowledge of Australian taxation, BAS, GST, payroll, and superannuation requirements, or willingness to quickly develop expertise in these areas.Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain financial information to clients in an accessible way.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client files and meet deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team workplace and maintain a qualified, client-focused approach.
