The Role:
This is a busy and wide-ranging role in which you will be providing administrative support to a team of accountants.
Your role will include:
Scheduling client meetings
Managing workflow for team and ensuring deadlines are met
Liaising with the ATO and setting up payment plans for clients
Invoicing
Assisting with preparation of BAS
Liaising directly with clients
Collating financial documents
Dealing with ASIC
Skill and Experience:
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a public practice accounting environment.
You will also have the following:
Excellent communication skills
Qualified approach to work
Proactive attitude
Ability to work as a productive member of a team
High attention to detail
Desire to work in a role which provides variety in your day
