This is a newly combined Sales & Service Administrator role, sitting at the heart of the ANZ Sales and Customer Success function.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for Australian and Recent Zealand customers and internal suppliers,



processing sales orders and RMAs while helping keep the CRM and ERP systems running smoothly.What You'll Be DoingEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceReplying to vendor and customer requests promptlyProcessing purchase orders from customersProcessing RMA and spare parts ordersGenerating and processing upstream orders with global HQ and third-party suppliersMaintaining familiarity with the product portfolio, inventory SKUs, and servicesEnsuring high data quality within the ERP system (MYOB)Assisting with other operational functions as neededWhat You'll BringExperience in an administrative or sales-supporting role within IT, Broadcast, Events, or Technology, or experience working for a distributor of hardware products is highly regardedExperience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferredExperience with ERP/accounting systems, such as MYOBUnderstanding of sales principles and customer service practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine customer service focusHigh attention to detail and diligenceA friendly, confident, and engaging personality
