The Role
Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 commercial tenancies
Handle receipting, arrears, and tenant enquiries
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor communication
About You
Minimum 12 months' experience in commercial property management
Strong understanding of commercial/industrial property operations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Tertiary qualifications in property or business will be highly regarded but are not essential
A proactive attitude with a desire to grow within the industry
