The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance, risk, procurement, and legal functions.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the organization's next phase of growth, with a focus on audience development and commercial opportunity.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring a CFO who is not only a steward of financial governance but also a critical advisor, helping to connect financial performance with the company's mission and impact.
Key responsibilities include modernizing financial systems, improving decision-making capabilities, supporting the development of recent revenue streams, and partnering with the executive team to deliver compelling financial narratives.

Tertiary qualifications in accounting or a related discipline are essential, with CPA or CA qualifications highly desirable.
The role demands a candidate who is naturally curious, commercially aware, and analytically minded, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
Experience in a variety of sectors, including government agencies, media, technology, skilled services, and cultural institutions, is valued, and a background in the Australian Public Service (APS) is welcomed.
