Casual Receptionist – 2 Positions Available
We're a small, family-owned business looking for two friendly and reliable Casual Receptionists to join our team.
You'll be working across two closely related companies, providing reception and administrative support in a fast paced environment.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
These positions operate on a two-week rotating roster:
Roster 1
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday & Saturday
Roster 2
Week 1: Thursday, Friday & Saturday
About the Role
Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
Booking appointments and managing schedules for both businesses
General administrative and reception duties
Maintaining a welcoming and organised reception and office area
Providing support across 2 businesses as required
About You
Friendly,



qualified, and well-presented
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good computer and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Ability to multitask or swap between tasks as required
