Today we're one of Australia's fastest-growing breweries, the biggest in Western Sydney, and we've held the #1 spot in the GABS Top 100 four years running.
Now we need an Accountant who's as reliable about a clean balance sheet as we are about a clean pour.
You'll support our finance team across financial accounts, payroll, and BAS returns.
What you'll actually do
Assist with managing multi-site Hospitality accounting and reporting including integrations between the Retail POS and Netsuite ERP
Complete essential month-end close activities including accruals, prepayments, clearing accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
Maintain the Fixed Assets Register
Lease accounting
Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
Assist with preparation of BAS/IAS lodgements and reporting
Assist with excise tax calculations
Managing supplier payments including property rental schedules
Prepare/develop reporting to Department Managers to assist their decision making
Support continuous improvement of financial systems (improving efficiency, data management and use of AI tools)
Who you are
Hold tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Business
Either recently CA/CPA qualified, or nearing completion
4+ years experience in Industry or in Big-4 accounting
Tech savvy with experience using accounting software and systems
Advanced/Intermediate skillset with Microsoft Excel
Factory or Warehouse costing experience highly advantageous
