Imago Community is seeking a Children & Young People Coordinator – Young Carers to support children and young people with caring responsibilities.
You will manage an existing caseload and current referrals, meeting families to complete assessments and create action plans.You will work with schools and Children's Services, identify hidden young carers, and ensure needs are understood and acted on.
This is a full time, in office role with occasional evenings and Saturdays; you should be confident,
