Purpose
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind keeping our equipment and facilities running like a well-oiled machine.
Leading the Maintenance Team, you will skilfully manage resources and employ your expertise to consistently achieve top-notch performance and safety standards day in and day out.
Primary Responsibilities
Ignite the Maintenance Team's motivation and inspiration, keeping the property humming with efficiency
Forge solid partnerships with all departments on property to tackle challenges together
Be the hero on call for emergency maintenance even beyond regular hours – handling power failures, fire system resets, and mechanical meltdowns
Effective communication at all levels, from the General Manager, to guests and contractors working onsite
Qualifications
A natural leader with previous property maintenance experience within a strata / MLR operation (desired)
The ability to be a team player with a flexible approach to leading the Maintenance Team
Confident in comprehensive financial understanding of managing a profitable operation, and familiarity with WHS legislation compliance




A multitasking champion with an initiative‐taking spirit, skilled in juggling multiple tasks and projects while keeping that preventative maintenance schedule in tip‐top shape
Adaptable availability to accommodate various shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
