Our client is a well-established commercial builder delivering a range of projects across WA.
With a robust pipeline of work and steady growth, they are now seeking a Site Supervisor to join the team.
This role is suited to both experienced Supervisors and those ready to step up into their first supervisory position.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating trades, and keeping projects on track from start to finish.
You'll work closely with the Project Manager and play a key part in delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
The Role
Supervising daily site operations across commercial projects
Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
Monitoring programme timelines and site progress
Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
Maintaining strong safety standards and site compliance
Conducting site inspections and resolving in office issues
Managing site records and reporting requirements
Attending site meetings with clients and stakeholders
Requirements




Previous experience in commercial construction, ideally in a supervisory or leading hand capacity
Trades looking to step into a supervisory position and grow their career
Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction documentation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong understanding of site safety and compliance requirements
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple trades
Reliable, organised and confident taking ownership on site
Current driver's license
Construction White Card
