Job Description
Sourcify Pty Ltd Key Responsibilities: Inspect food items to ensure high quality and freshness standards Monitor and control temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes Season food appropriately during the cooking process Portion meals, plate dishes, and add sauces, gravies, and garnishes Store food in appropriate temperature-controlled environments Prepare meals according to dietary and special requirements Assist in menu planning and estimating food requirements Supervise and train kitchen staff and apprentices as required Requirements: AQF Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a Cook,
