Pay and Conditions: Pay and conditions are in accordance with the Wine Industry Award .
The current minimum full time hourly rate is $* per hour, plus applicable penalties, allowances and superannuation.
Hours of Work: 38 ordinary hours per week, with reasonable additional hours during peak operational periods where applicable.
About the Role
Down to Earth Pty Ltd is seeking motivated Vineyard Workers to undertake vineyard operations in the Margaret River wine region.
Responsibilities
Vine pruning
Shoot thinning
Wire lifting
Canopy management




Vine training
Trellis maintenance
Harvest activities
General vineyard maintenance
Other vineyard duties as directed
Skills and Attributes
No previous vineyard experience is required.
Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work.
Reliable and punctual.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work in varying weather conditions.
Have a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
Full on-the-job training will be provided.
There are opportunities to develop skills within the viticulture industry.
