About the Role
The business is now looking for two Junior Account Managers to join its Sydney team.
You'll work within a small, high‐performing commercial team and partner closely with leadership, credit and operations to grow broker engagement and support loan growth.
Responsibilities
Build and manage trusted relationships with commercial finance brokers
Manage a pipeline of equipment finance opportunities
Support brokers throughout the application and funding process
Identify opportunities to increase broker engagement and loan volumes
Deliver a responsive, accessible and commercially focused service
Develop your knowledge across lending,



credit and equipment finance
About You
This opportunity could suit someone with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Account management or business development
Commercial, asset or equipment finance
Banking or financial services
Broker support or relationship management
B2B sales within a rapid‐paced workplace
