Are you an experienced Theatre Registered Nurse looking for your next rural contract?
We're seeking an RN with Anaesthetics and/or Scrub experience to join a regional hospital in the beautiful Whitsunday region.
This is an excellent chance to work within a supportive theatre team while enjoying everything tropical North Queensland has to offer.
About the Role You will be working within the Theatre team, supporting a range of surgical procedures while participating in an on-call roster.
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Recent experience in Anaesthetics and/or Scrub
Ability to participate in an on-call roster, including potential days off
Current Advanced Life Support
Current Basic Life Support
Ability to meet all mandatory Queensland Health compliance requirements
Highly Desirable
Experience assisting with Caesarean Sections
Previous experience using ieMR SurgiNet
Experience with FirstNet, PowerChart and HBCIS
Previous Queensland Health or Australian public hospital experience
