The chance:We're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the design and implementation of a quality management framework for a Defence program in Canberra.
You'll shape the standards, governance and compliance architecture underpinning a critical capability, working across audit, certification, and production assurance functions.
What you'll do:Design and develop QMS-aligned processes incorporating ISO and other relevant international standardsEstablish internal audit, certification/accreditation, and compliance assurance processesDefine performance metrics and reporting structures to support ongoing governanceSupport broader risk, configuration management,
and authorisation frameworksContribute to knowledge transfer and documentation handover as required
What we're looking for:Advanced practitioner-level experience in Quality Management System design and implementationStrong working knowledge of ISO and related quality standardsExperience establishing audit, certification, or compliance processes from the ground upPrior experience in Defence, government, or highly regulated settings
Essential requirements: Active NV1 clearance | Canberra-based
