About the Role
You'll grow a portfolio of trade customers including builders, contractors, and developers.
You'll work closely with branch operations and internal sales teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes while driving sales growth across timber and hardware product categories.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and growing a customer portfolio in the Gold Coast.
Conducting regular site visits and maintaining strong client relationships.
Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery outcomes.
Identifying new business opportunities and market growth.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer activity.
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales or account management within the trade, building, timber, or construction industries.
Robust knowledge of timber, hardware, or building materials.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
A customer-first mindset with robust commercial awareness.
Current Queensland Driver's License.
