Supplying to new vehicle dealerships, 4WD accessory dealers, and retail customers around Australia, we are a growing business who prides itself on our customer service.
We are currently seeking a qualified customer service person to join our team in Welshpool, Perth.
About the role
The successful applicant will have customer service experience and have a positive and friendly attitude.
We have a large eastern states client base, therefore this full-time position has a 7.00am start, Monday to Friday.
Key Role Responsibilities
 Handling of telephone and email enquiries.
 Front counter enquiries.




 Providing product information to customers.
 Identifying customer specifications and requirements.
 Accurate & timely order entry for retail, dealer, and distributor customers.
 Processing of website orders & enquiries providing same-day response.
 Assisting others within sales team.
Skills and experience
 Robust customer service skills.
 Proficient in use of MS Office and Email
 Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands utilizing positive-time management strategies
