Overview
Join our Food & Beverage team and help deliver exceptional hospitality across the Gallery's outlets, activations, and catered events.
This hands‐on leadership role is responsible for supporting the day‐to‐day operation of our food and beverage outlets, leading and developing front‐of‐house teams, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain high service standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
Schedule
This role operates across a 7‐day roster, including evenings and weekends, primarily Wednesday to Sunday.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous hospitality leadership experience is essential.
Current RMLV and Approved Managers License are advantageous.
To be eligible, you must hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment.
Salary
$83, per annum, plus superannuation.
