Join our team as a Claims Consultant – Home Repairs, where you'll play a critical role in supporting customers through the home insurance claims journey—turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
In this role, you'll manage end‐to‐end property claims, coordinating repairs and working closely with customers, builders, and suppliers to deliver high‐quality, timely outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage a portfolio of home insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement
Coordinate repair works with builders, trades and suppliers
Provide explicit, empathetic communication to customers during what can be a stressful time
Assess claims in line with policy coverage and make informed decisions
Monitor repair progress, ensuring quality, cost and time expectations are met
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, assessors and external partners




Identify risks, resolve issues and deliver outstanding service outcomes
What You'll Bring
Experience in claims, insurance, construction, or property (preferred but not essential)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple claims and competing priorities
A proactive, solutions‐focused approach
Confidence making decisions and negotiating outcomes
