Key Position Tasks:
The Events Assistant provides administrative and coordination support to a wide range of MBV events, networking events, awards programs and much more.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage event bookings and maintain accurate records across event systems, including the awards programs
Prepare event collateral, including (but not limited to) run sheets, presentations and registration lists
Assist with research into venues, event trends and other event-related priorities as required




Attend MBV events to support onsite operations, including event set‐up and pack‐down, registration desk management, guest liaison and general event assistance
Key Skills Attributes and Experience:
High level of general administration skills, including competency with Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi‐task and meet deadlines
Qualifications in Events, Marketing or Business Administration would be well regarded but not essential
Current driver's license is essential
