Due to continued growth within our Service Division, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Administrator
to join our team based in
Maddington, Western Australia
.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Processing and maintaining Spare Parts Sales Orders within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Processing and maintaining Spare Parts Purchase Orders within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Managing and maintaining Cavotec Australia's spare parts profile within SAP Ariba.
Providing administrative support to the Service Division and wider business as required.
Undertaking general office and administrative duties to support day-to-day operations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:




Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and qualified approach to work.
Sound computer literacy and the ability to learn new business systems.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, order processing, or ERP systems will be highly regarded; however, full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Office-based role located in Maddington, WA.
Working hours of
7:30am to 4:00pm
