About the Role: Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll supervise and coordinate site-based construction activities, leading crews across Defence and civil infrastructure projects to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes - on time and on budget.
What You'll Be Doing · Monitoring work packages to ensure delivery on time, on budget and to quality standards · Liaising with subcontractor supervisors and coordinating works in progress · Leading labour, plant, materials and subcontractors on a daily basis· Managing works in line with the Project Management Plan · Driving productivity and managing crew/subcontractor performance · Running site meetings - pre-starts, toolboxes and inductions · Building strong relationships with clients, authorities and stakeholders · Mentoring and guiding your team
What You'll Bring · Previous supervisory experience in civil construction · A track record of delivering work on time,



on budget and to quality standards · Robust leadership experience managing large crews · Experience coordinating resources across site operations · Solid planning and reporting skills · Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills · Good IT/reporting capability · A robust safety record and genuine commitment to HSEQ
Licences & Tickets · Current White Card and driver's licence essential.
· First Aid, Traffic Control, HSEQ, or other relevant tickets highly regarded.
