We are a boutique Canberra based real estate agency seeking an experienced Property Manager.
This role will suit Property Manager who is motivated, a strong communicator and looking to work remotely (Canberra-based).
Key responsibilities:
Manage a small residential portfolio of 50 properties using PropertyMe
Receipting rent, end of month disbursements to owners
Paying Body Corporate, insurance, trades etc
Chance to grow rent roll and get profit share
Handle maintenance requests / repairs, quotes and coordinate trades
Communicate professionally with owners and tenants
Maintain compliance, documentation and reporting standards
Manage arrears, tribunal preparation and legislative compliance
Requirements:
Current ACT Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Sound knowledge of ACT residential tenancy legislation
Strong attention to detail
Experience using PropertyMe or similar property management software
