With 11 treatment rooms, a vitality spa, a steam&sauna; room and outdoor terraces overlooking Sydney Harbour, Crown Spa is a unique sanctuary where moments of personalised self‐care become unforgettable.ResponsibilitiesSet the benchmark for service and presentation standards.Ensure service standards are consistently upheld and guests are satisfied.Oversee daily operations and ensure room readiness for each shift.Deliver training for staff in beauty and massage treatments.Support therapist development from onboarding to ongoing coaching.Contribute to retail sales and effectively promote in‐house products.Manage spa inventory levels and stock control.QualificationsExperience as a Senior or Lead Therapist in a premium or luxury setting.Robust product and technical skills across a range of beauty and massage treatments.Demonstrated ability in training,
