The Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) ensures customers have a excellent shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.
The role focuses on safety, service, sales, showroom presentation, stock handling, and fostering a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
Maintain a safety focus to protect yourself, teammates, and customers.
Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with every customer interaction.
Use strong customer‐service skills to contribute to positive sales performance.
Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
Process stock, receive, dispatch, and store items efficiently.
Act as an enthusiastic, collaborative Repco team member, supporting a positive team culture.
Perform lifting, bending, and climbing as required by the role.
Key Requirements
Physically able to lift, bend, and climb.
