About The Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to maintain and enhance green spaces across various contracts within Logan and Brisbane.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities
Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
Complete service requests as required
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications
Previous experience in Gardening using push and ride on mowers, brush cutters,



hedgers, secateurs, weed control and spraying
Valid Manual Driver's Licence
White Card
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
Be punctual and reliable
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
Solid work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
