The exciting opportunity
Permanent, full-time role based at State Office in Lane Cove
Manage billing processes, monitor accounts receivable, and coordinate with stakeholders to optimise revenue collection
Assist with monitoring and collection of resident accounts
Process and reconcile resident charges and assist to prepare statements
Reconciliation assistance for Commonwealth revenue
Build productive relationships with stakeholders including the finance team, staff at our residential aged care homes, consumer's families, and the Department of Health
Maintain accurate and up-to-date files

About you
Successful track record in an Accounts Receivable role, ideally in aged care
Thrives in a rapid-paced workplace, with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability prioritising and meeting deadlines
Team player who is empathetic and has excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Resilient and willing to adapt to a complex and constantly evolving sector
Police Clearance and influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain) and unlimited working rights in Australia
