Integrity Industrial is currently seeking Technical/Laboratory Officers to support increased laboratory testing activities for a State Government department based in Stirling.
About the Role
Working within a busy laboratory workplace, you will assist with testing and diagnostic activities through specimen handling, laboratory processing, and molecular biology techniques.
Responsibilities
Handling, cataloguing, and processing animal or biological specimens
Maintaining accurate laboratory records and data
Using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
Performing laboratory techniques such as pipetting and PCR
Conducting diagnostic molecular biology procedures
Nucleic acid extraction and sample preparation
Processing animal specimens for laboratory testing
Following laboratory protocols and quality standards
About You




Previous experience working in a laboratory environment
Experience handling biological or animal specimens, laboratory processing, or molecular biology techniques
Experience with PCR, pipetting, nucleic acid extraction, or similar laboratory techniques (highly regarded)
Experience using a LIMS system (desirable)
Robust attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A current Western Australian Driver's Licence
A National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months

$45 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + Super
