This growth-focused portfolio provides stable operations and ongoing project development opportunities for team members.Role Description The HD Fitters & Auto Elects roles are full-time, in office position based at Plutonic, WA, supporting heavy mobile equipment used in mining operations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and completing component change-outs on heavy equipment.
Team members will carry out inspections, troubleshoot issues in the field, and ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.




The role also involves accurate completion of maintenance records, collaboration with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime, and adherence to safety and environmental requirements.QualificationsStrong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Heavy Equipment servicing, including diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.Experience working with Mobile Equipment and providing Field Service support in mining or heavy industrial environments.Relevant trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Fitter, Auto Electrician, or equivalent, with current licenses or tickets as required.Knowledge of mining industry standards and procedures, including safe work practices and use of maintenance management systems.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals, and to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.Solid communication skills, ability to work in a team and independently, and willingness to participate in shift or rostered work.Previous experience in gold or hard rock mining settings is advantageous.
