What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients with a professional and courteous manner
Scheduling and managing patient appointments in a timely and efficient manner
Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical histories
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient concerns promptly
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a friendly and qualified manner
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of medical practice management software




Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient records
