Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Carry out physical stock checks and cycle counts daily in line with performance related measures.
Investigate any inventory variances that may have occurred within the operation and reports variances identified to the Inventory Controller daily.
Ensure accurate receipt of all customer credit/return stock back into the warehouse and adjustments into the WMS.
Liaise with Customer Service regarding enquiries and investigations, particularly in response to order variances received.
Ensure accurate information is entered into the Customer Service Complaint Log, Returns & KPI tracker updates.
Investigate inventory anomalies and correction,



including container variances investigation.
Manage all unclaimed returns and consumed LPs found isolating and logging in the warehouse.
Support VIC Warehouse Manager in other areas of inventory movements such as collating expired stock and manifesting destruction pallets.
Responsible for Samples stock transfers from QAD WMS into Samples system.
Organise the physical relocation into the Samples area as required.
Assist with processing requests.
Monitor and Report performance of the cycle counts results to ensure inventory accuracy levels is maintained to high levels and inventory variance corrections are actioned in a timely manner.
The candidate must have the following experiences/skills:
Previous experience in a warehouse based inventory role
EWP and forklift licence essential
Computer literacy
Robust communication skills
