Customer Service - Internal Salesperson
to join our team, whether experienced in industrial and construction distribution or not, we require a person who has a passion for selling and providing sales support, who is open, consistent, diligent and upbeat, to deliver sales revenue, new customers and profitability.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties:
Servicing incoming and outgoing inquiries from customers and prospects over phone or email sales and trade counter
Providing external sales executives support relating to leads, quotes and orders




Build and develop customer relationships through strong customer service and a willingness to always exceed expectations
Provide product support with ability to solve basic issues faced by customers and advising customers on product solutions
Identifying opportunities and produce leads for the sales force
Keep up to date with the latest product developments
Contribute to the continual improvement culture of the company
Who we're seeking:
Self-motivated and work well unsupervised
High level of enthusiasm, solid negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
High levels of integrity and honesty with a commitment to exceptional levels of customer service and support
Excellent attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Fastener and associated product industry experience would be highly valued, but not essential
