We are currently looking for a full-time Junior Receptionist to join our Administration team in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Handle incoming calls and greet visitors
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms remain presentable
Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings and events
Maintain reception and office stock levels
Maintain accurate records for orders, couriers, and building maintenance.
Required Experience
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in professional services
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and qualified phone manner
Proactive, adaptable, and quick to respond in a fast-paced workplace
Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT Systems
Positive attitude with a solid willingness to learn
