About the Role
Lead requirements analysis across the environment to validate upgrade scope and server ownershipCoordinate consolidation and decommissioning decisions,



ensuring alignment with operational needs and risk appetiteDevelop high-level architectural documentation and options packs for Architecture Governance endorsementIdentify servers unable to be upgraded and prepare a compensating control plan to mitigate security and operational risksSupport build activities for recent VMs and servers, ensuring requirements, acceptance criteria, and configuration standards are clearly definedManage service transition, ensuring operational readiness, documentation updates, and handover to BAU teamsOversee project closure, including validation of decommissioning, RAID review, and perks tracking ServiceNow HAM and Contracts Module Implementation
About You
Must have positive knowledge & experience with ServiceNow.Ideally 5+ years' experience working as a technical business analyst.Some experience with RHEL would be advantageous (NOT essential).
