Annual Salary: AU$74,238 up to $85,000 – dependent on grade + superannuation + penalties.

Role Overview
The role reports to the General Manager and is supported by a Regional Catering Manager.
Full time role.
Responsibilities
Supervise and deliver premium meal service, including menu planning, catering, infrastructure management, ordering, quality service delivery, and service improvement.
Manage compliance related to food safety, WHS and quality.
Lead and motivate the team, recruit and train team members.
Control stock and ordering.
Manage resident dietary requirements.
Manage kitchen and food cost.




Produce and deliver high‐quality meals.
Ensure service excellence across the dining experience.
Communicate with residents and families; document resident needs when required.
Provide management and guidance to kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience within aged care preferred or broader commercial catering in high volume desired.
Understanding of food cost management.
Proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Chef qualifications and experience, and understanding of special dietary needs.
Solid personal presentation and grooming skills.
Knowledge of Food Safety legislation required.
