Story Bridge Adventure Climb is looking for Climb Leaders to join the team.
At Story Bridge Adventure Climb, we offer thrilling and unforgettable experiences for adventure seeker.
As a Climb Leader, you'll guide groups to the top of the Story Bridge, providing clear instruction, maintaining safety standards, and creating a fun, positive, qualified experience throughout.
This role suits someone confident leading groups, engaging with people, capturing key moments along the way and wanting to bring great energy into every day.
What we're looking for:
Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people and leading groups
Positive, team-focused attitude with a strong commitment to safety and customer service
Comfortable working at heights and able to remain calm under pressure
Adaptable availability to work from Wednesday to Sunday where Friday, Saturday Sunday are a must.
Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Blue Card and First Aid and CPR Certificate.
