Toolstore CoordinatorThe Toolstore Coordinator is responsible for accurate monitoring, servicing, repair and control of Liebherr's range of specialist and general tooling.
This includes coordinating the maintenance and servicing of all tooling equipment, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and performing general store duties as required.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor the issuing and return of tooling and equipmentMaintain cost control savings over workshop consumables monthly spendObtain supplier quotations for tooling and equipment, for both repair and current purchase itemsCoordinate the maintenance, repair, calibration and service of tooling and equipmentCoordinate with contractors and suppliers for services and required materialsMaintain the SDS register in conjunction with department personnelOperate load‐shifting equipmentMonitor,



report and control safety audits on tools and equipmentMaintain and update repair schedules and history for compliance and audit requirementsPrepare tooling for transport to sitesAbout YouHigh Risk Forklift Licence is essentialExperience in warehouse operations is essentialMechanical trade background is preferredData entry – information maintenance/record keepingSound written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsWhat can we offer you?
