is looking for an experienced
Senior Property Manager
to join its close-knit and team-oriented team.

You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately
180 properties
, overseeing the portfolio end-to-end while receiving dedicated support with
leasing and administration
, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to your landlords and tenants.
Reporting into an experienced leadership team, you'll also work alongside a group of knowledgeable Property Managers who are always willing to share ideas and support each other.

About you
Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio
Confident managing a portfolio from end to end
Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Strong communication and time management skills
A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a supportive team culture
