The Role
As a Customer Re‐engagement Agent, you will re‐connect with warm leads – past enquirers who have already expressed interest.
Your mission is to reignite their interest and help them save money.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high‐volume outbound calls (approx. 200 daily, 3‐4 hrs of talk time) focusing on quality, value‐driven conversations.
Maintain focus and commitment to achieving performance benchmarks.
Use skilled scripts and natural charisma to navigate objections.
Qualify leads and execute timely, warm transfers to the specialist Broker Team.
Participate in results‐focused coaching to refine skills and maximise commissions.
About You & Qualifications

Prior experience in sales, hospitality, media sales, retail or charity fundraising is preferred but not mandatory.
