Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining up to date HR and Safety systems.
Overseeing the booking and maintaining currency of employees training, site inductions and staff inductions.
Manage workload appropriately; prioritising tasks to ensure work is completed within designated timelines whilst helping other staff within a team structure.
Assisting in Toolbox meetings
Disciplinary reporting,



reviews & meetings in consultation with Management team.
Ensure productive and effective administrative support as directed by the Management Team.
To exercise judgement when necessary to solve immediate problems within scope of authority in situations per procedures and administrative processes.
Work as a member of a team, fostering team spirit, building and maintaining cooperative relationships with the ability to adapt to change, contribute to quality improvement activities and participate in a team to deliver effective customer service.
Qualifications/ other requirements
Qualifications in Work Health and Safety, desirable
Qualifications in HR, desirable
Current drivers licence, mandatory
Excellent data entry with high level attention to detail to ensure quality of data and high standards of work
Highly organised with engaging interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
Proficiency in electronic based information systems - Microsoft Office Suite
