Phlebotomist | Pathology Collector
Our client is a highly respected pathology organisation with a robust national presence, operating a central laboratory in Darlinghurst and more than 25 collection centres across metropolitan Sydney and regional NSW.

Duties And Responsibilities
Perform venepuncture and collect blood and other pathology specimens with accuracy and care
Conduct ECGs and fit Holter monitors where required
Process pathology samples in accordance with established protocols
Complete clerical and administrative tasks using basic computer systems
Build positive relationships with patients, medical professionals, and colleagues
Deliver exceptional patient care with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Work confidently both independently and as part of a cooperative team
Effectively prioritise workloads and manage competing demands
Maintain compliance with all Work Health and Safety requirements
About You
Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available)
Current Driver's Licence




Current Working With Children Check
Current National Police Clearance
Certificate III in Pathology Collection
Minimum 12 months of unsupervised venepuncture experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work Monday to Saturday across various shifts
