We're seeking caring, reliable Support Workers to join our casual team in North of Gold Coast.
What You'll Be Doing
Personal support
— assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
High‐level personal care
— mobility assistance, safe transfers, and falls‐risk awareness
Community access
— supporting clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community programs
Domestic assistance
— cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a comfortable home setting
Companionship
— offering emotional reassurance, conversation, and meaningful social connection
Mental‐health informed support
— recognising behavioural cues and responding with calm, supportive interaction
Care documentation
— following individualised care plans and accurately recording services
Team collaboration




— working closely with coordinators and clinical nurses to ensure secure, high‐quality care
About You
You're someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in people's lives.

Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or current health‐related studies
Current First Aid & CPR
Driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
