The Role
As a Speech Pathologist in Our Northern NSW Team, you will focus on strengths-based, evidence-based practice to help participants achieve their goals.
Your day-to-day will include:
Impactful Therapy: Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way across home, school, and community settings.
Clinical Excellence: Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals and deliver interventions that improve quality of life.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Working alongside a supportive team of allied health professionals to provide holistic care.
Leadership (For Experienced Clinicians): Providing mentorship and clinical supervision to junior clinicians.
Compliance: Ensuring all services meet current NDIS requirements and standards.
