? What You'll Be Doing
Scheduling and coordinating daily jobs for our Perth plumbing team
Communicating with clients to confirm bookings, provide updates, and deliver exceptional service
Working closely with trades, suppliers, and management to ensure seamless job flow
Monitoring job progress and adjusting schedules in real time to maintain efficiency
Supporting the office team with general administration and customer service
? What You'll Bring
Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or rostering (trade/service industry experience a bonus)
Excellent time-management and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong communication skills and a confident,
