The Children's Services Systems & Administration Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the effective operation of business systems, administrative processes, and financial functions that support YMCA Children's Services.
This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant administrative support through the management of systems, data, and accounts, and provides guidance to a multidisciplinary team responsible for systems administration, financial processing, and service support.The Role Is Accountable ForThe maintenance and optimisation of core business systemsSuccessful implementation of recent technologiesThe provision of data analytics to inform decision makingProject planning and execution for system improvements and ensures that all processes comply with relevant legislation, including Family Assistance Law and Child Care Subsidy requirementsAbout YouMinimum three years experience as an administrator in a reasonably complex role in a medium to large organisationA relevant qualification in Business at a Certificate levelAbility to perform a range of administrative duties, which include data and word processing, filing,



photocopying and reception with the ability to prioritise work and meet set deadlinesExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated sound competence in the use of computers and application software packages including Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in children's services and/or a not-for-profit workplace would be advantageousDemonstrated experience working in Accounts doing Debtors and Creditors ReconciliationsKnowledge of relevant legislation regarding the Administration of Family Assistance LawKnowledge of and compliance with National Quality Framework and commitment to high quality customer serviceAt the Y, we are committed to empowering all children and young people to feel protected and be safe at the Y.
